Tech Conversor batch-translates to the native format of 7 CNC brands — and its Nesting module turns a piece list into optimized boards with first and second step machine programs generated automatically, collisions resolved and every piece with its QR label.

Labels: Manual Print and Full Automatic
Manual Print: the operator identifies each piece in the floor viewer and the printer outputs its label. Full Automatic: the industrial printer labels the virgin board before machining.
Smart tool warehouse
Define each machine's cutters once. When converting, the right cutter is chosen automatically from the MPR groove width; if none is valid, the log warns you.
Floor viewer with persistent session
After the 1st step the cut pieces are anonymous. The operator sees the board schema, clicks each piece and its label comes out — with pending, printed and skipped counters per board.
Layer 1: the converter that speaks your machine's language
Point to the project folder and Tech Conversor finds the MPR/XML by itself, batch-converts them and leaves the files ready in the output path, with a per-piece log. On machines with native cycles (Biesse, SCM, HolzHer, Felder, Xilog) it delegates to the machine firmware, which applies the optimal strategy for its real head.

Layer 2: the Nesting module that understands everything by itself
Load the project and the module analyzes every piece: which vertical machinings it carries, which need a second step on face B, which pieces come rotated with respect to the Excel. Everything is flagged automatically and the warnings tell you exactly what was normalized.

Machine programs for both steps, without writing one
One program per board for the 1st step and one program per piece for the 2nd — each step can target a different format, even different brands (e.g. board in Biesse CIX and pieces in SCM). File names and subfolders with automatic patterns, and collision detection that separates pieces when a machining would invade its neighbor.

From anonymous board to identified pieces
The nesting cell cuts the board, but pieces come out unidentified. With Manual Print, the operator opens the floor viewer at the outfeed table, clicks each piece on the schema and the printer outputs its QR label — with a 2nd step warning if needed. With Full Automatic (premium license), the industrial printer positions the labels on the virgin board BEFORE machining: pieces come out already labeled.

Your tools, your strategies
Configure the cutters available on each machine (diameter, operation type, CNC name) and the converter selects the right one for each MPR groove or pocket. For converters without native cycles, define pocketing strategies (concentric spiral, depth passes, per-operation feeds) applied globally.
