From programming at the machine to machining directly from the design.
An established workshop and a modern CNC machining centre. They even had a TopSolid'Wood licence, but daily pressure won and it never went into production. Designs were drawn in AutoCAD, cutting lists were typed by hand and machining programs were written one by one, at the machine. Much of the process knowledge lived only in one person's head.

What we get asked before the demo
How does it integrate with TopSolid'Wood?
Two-way. A customer created in the ERP gets its code in TopSolid'Wood, or it is created in TopSolid'Wood and the ERP completes the record. The BOM quote comes from the spreadsheet TopSolid'Wood generates, and the MPR part programs go through Tech Conversor to your machining centre.
Which machines are supported?
Homag, Biesse, SCM and Striebig panel saws. Biesse (CIX), SCM (XCS and Xilog Plus), HolzHer (NC-Hops), Felder (TCN), Masterwood (MPR, PRG and XML), Weeke Homag (MPR) and Bulleri (ISO) machining centres. Every output is validated file by file against native programs from your machine before going into production.
What does implementation look like?
Your factory sets the pace. We start with the master data (items, customers, suppliers) and the first real order. Training is included in the implementation and I deliver it personally, in your workshop and with your machines.
Is my data in my factory or in the cloud?
MobiTech ERP is installed on Windows inside your company: the data is yours and it stays in your factory. The licence is verified online and the system keeps working offline for a limited time.
