MobiCut Visor
Many veteran panel saws work perfectly, but their controller cannot generate optimizations or cut sequences. MobiCut Visor solves exactly that: a second station next to the machine showing the operator, cut by cut, what to do and which position to key into the HMI. The machine is untouched; the factory gains an optimizer.

The board schema shows the current cut line in red, pieces already cut and the ones coming. The operator never doubts where they are.
The exact position, in large digits
At each step, the number to key into the machine controller appears huge on screen, already kerf-compensated. Zero mental math, zero errors.
Prompts that prevent mistakes
Virgin edge trim as step 0, and a blocking prompt when a strip must be rotated 90° — the operator confirms and continues. The real physical flow of a horizontal saw.
Independent installation
Installs on any PC or touch panel next to the machine, no need for MobiCut Office on that computer. It connects to the database and that's it.
Read-only: the shop floor touches nothing
The operator selects client, project and optimization — nothing else. No importing, no creating, no optimizing: impossible to break data from the floor.
Shop-floor keyboard and touch
Space = next cut, arrows = previous, Enter = confirm rotation, PgDn = next board. Usable with gloves, no mouse.
Connected to MobiCut, designed for the floor
The office optimizes with MobiCut; the Visor reads those optimizations from the same database instantly. The operator filters by client and project, picks the optimization and presses START. No files to copy, no USB sticks to carry around.
Your saw's real workflow
The Visor reproduces how cutting really works: first the virgin edge trim, then the rip cuts producing strips, and finally the cross cuts of each strip. Each step tells which strip to set aside, its size and which piece comes out after the cut.
Invest in software, not in replacing the machine
